Hello All...

I'm new to the Mustang game. I just bought a 1993 Mustang notchback. Does anybody know what the biggest wheels and tires are that I can fit in the stock wheel wells? I'm tring to decide if I should tub it or if I can get enough bite with the stock wheel wells. I've seen some pretty big wheels and tires in the Mustang wheels wells out at my local drag strip. I'm trying to lay down about 1000 H.P. on the bottle. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance.

ive heard of ppl running 28X11.5 on stock (ide assume rolled lip and some trimming esp if has ground effects) but 26X10.5s fit like they were stock and do pretty well at the track

Hey thanks I appreciate that. It does help. I already have a set of 26x10.5 Mickey Thompson drag radials so that is pretty much just want I wanted to hear. I'm going to put a Ford 9" rear end under it so hopefully I'll get it hooked up.!! Thanks!!
