Shelby are releasing 475 (75 will be Super Snake models) original 1967-1968 Shelby GT500E (E for Eleanor) Mustangs, after the huge interest in Eleanor in the movie Gone in 60 Seconds.

Shelby are buying up old 1967-68 fast back Mustangs and retro fitting them with modern brakes and suspension, each will come with a Certificate of Authenticity and will be listed in the Shelby American World Registry.
There are 3 models, starting with the Base model which is fitted with a 325hp 302 V8, at a price of US$80,000, up to the Super Snake model which has a 750hp Alloy 427 V8, costing US$150,000.

Also, all models come with a 125hp shot of NOS

Dad was saying the other day he wouldn't buy me a car because he reckons by modding it I'm not grateful. I told him I'd get this and not mod it, but he didn't seem to like that idea :(
