I was just wondering, Im being offered a 99 cobra for a really good price but it has a broken piston. Is that too expensive to fix? thanks.

Broken piston would be an engine rebuild. Or if you can get a second hand motor, its another option.

Expensive, yes...

Re: broken piston on a cobra

Depending on why the piston is damaged can make a difference too.If the bore/block is too damaged then it could need another engine. Make sure you get it real cheap to allow for this but it could still be worthwhile.
