Does anyone out there know if there is a kit or something that will allow me to correctly bypass my AC compressor? Maybe something that will tell me the right size pulleys, tensioners and belt. As you all know, there is only one serpentine belt Ford uses on both the AC models and models without AC. I'm told they use a dummy pulley in the place where the AC compressor should be on models without AC. This obviously doesn't help me. All help appreciated!

I believe Mac makes a system for it. Maybe March does to. Sorry, I can't remember offhand. I know that there is a kit out there, just can't remember who makes it!

A/C Eliminator Bracket

March does make a bracket for 86-93 5.0, part# MCH-1460 and it does not include the pulley you would also have to use a different belt. But remember this is for years 86-93, you may want to check with them and see if they have one for your year model.

Ford Motorsport has a 'dummy pulley' that replaces the compr and uses the stock belt.

Part number: M-19216-A50 Costs ~$50.00
