A/C on '88 and shot heater core.

Hello again.

I bought my t-top with a bad heater core. I am going to fix it this weekend but I have a question about it. I noticed that the two lines where the a/c unit was(at the firewall), there is another line about 10 inches or so below it. I was wondering if anyone knew what that line was? The reason I ask is because antifreeze pours out of it. Over the past week, the heater core went from bad to shot, and now antifreeze drips when not running and streams when idling.
*Edit: Got it..apparently it's a drain hose for the heater core housing, so I'm told.
Thanks in advance,
Zain

Yah, that hose just drains the liquid out right onto your nice carpet for yah.

If you end us needing a carpet for it here's a link to our carpet section ACC Mustang Carpets and Floor Mats.

I'm dreading the day I have to do mine on the 92.
