I have a serious problem. I don't know what it is, but any time that I drive my car (2000 Mustang Convertible), my car starts shaking in the back. I really don't have any idea what it is and my mom thinks that my strut might be broken in the back, I am really not sure. Can someone please give me any suggestion of what they think it might be?

It may be a tyre or wheel problem.

First check that the rear wheels are secured properly by checking the wheel nuts.

Then perhaps get the wheel balance checked at a tyre shop and this should tell you if maybe the tyre has a problem or perhaps the rim may be bent or buckled.

If that all checks out ok then the suspension will need to be checked.

If the tires turn out to be OK, then the driveshaft U-joints should be checked.

Okay...I got my car checked out it and was the wheel. He said there was too much pressure in the wheel and it was bent so he said that I should get some new tires and possibly a new wheel, but then when I got home last night, my "service engine light" is on. Do you know what that might mean?

Well, that is a different problem. Get a free scan somewhere, and start a new thread with the trouble code.
