confused Currently Having trouble...

Alrighty so heres the deal ...I just recently have had trouble with my speedometer (in my 94 GT mustang) which seems to be not be working properly...and Maybe theres someone out there that can trouble-shoot me through the technique of toggling this mess and helping me get through to a solution...
Can anybody help?
