Edlebrock Carb.

I just bought an Edlebrock Performer RPM series intake manifold and an Edlebrock Performer Series Carb. (600cfm) and of Course a K&N Extreme Intake! Can I just slap everything on the engine and go, or will I need to adjust the Carb? If so, can I do the adjustments myself?
