Im not sure if any of you have read the article but VERY shortly MARKS WORKSHOP in York will apparently have the power to tune & calibrate Fords EEC 4-5.
This was written in the PERTH StreetCar mag last edition.

My mechanic has also mentioned this place...I am concidering giving them a try possibly in the next 2 weeks or so...do you know if they use a dyno?
