Electrical problem in 2005 Mustang
I have a 2005 Ford Mustang. A few months ago I started having problems with it not starting. I would jump it and it would run fine. Then the radio wouldn't work, the display showed PHONE and wouldn't turn on. Then I noticed the windows wouldn't go all the way up after I closed the door. Now, as soon as I jump start it, it dies again. While the vehicle is off and the battery is dead, I can hear the CD changer moving.
I read a post on the forum from 2006 where a few other people had the same problem. They said it was a battery drain problem with the boom box radio that came with the car. Possibly some faulty wiring with the radio. My car is not under warranty, so my question is can I fix this myself and how?? Thanks for any help!!
