I'm trying to figure out what year of 302 I have in my car,can anyone
tell me where on the engine is the casting number?

I could not find anything to do with engine or casting numbers.

Thanks, I found it, the first web site did not show up on my first post. It came up on my 2nd post and your reply. Thanks so much I'll check it out to-morrow. I'll let you know what I found out.

Thanks again, it turns out to be a '91 302. Now I need to find out a little more
about the oil pan,it did take 7 qts. It's got a ford part number on it but can't make
it out.
