I have a 89 mustang 5.0L it will start and run fine but when it reaches operating and i shut it off the engine will turn over but will not start. please help,Thanks

Have you checked to see if it's getting spark?

the car ran before i changed the heads so all that's different from then is when i changed the heads i broke the MAP sensor could that cause it? It still runs and runs great as long as i don't cut it off but once i cut it off it will not start. And yes it is getting spark and fuel.

When it wouldn't start, it had fuel and spark? The car needs the MAP sensor to run right.

yeah when it wouldn't crank it had fuel and spark. if i let i cool for about 2 hours it will crank and run fine
