Ford Mustang ECU - Make and pin out

Can anyone tell me what make the ECU is on the Ford Mustang ?

I know the European Fords use EECIV and EECV originally designed and manufactured by Visteon.

However, Ive looked under the hood of the Ford Mustang and it looks nothing like an EECIV or EECV.

It is a wedge shape rather than a rectangular box for a start.

Does anyone have a pin out for the Mustang ECU ?

Re: Ford Mustang ECU - Make and pin out

AFAIK Mustangs from 1989 on use the eec-iv and then later the eec-v, is your pre eec-iv? The A9L eec-iv being very common and extremely well documented. Look at this for detailed information on the eec-iv.
