Fuel pump resistance and supply voltage

I've got a '89 'stang that quit; just plain quit; cranks but won't start. I'm thinking fuel pump, but does anyone know if the supply voltage to the pump is supposed to be 8v? Or 12v? Also, the resistance of the pump itself seems kinda high for a motor (130 ohms). And the trouble isn't the pump reset switch. And 1 more thing; where the heck is the fuel pump relay on this model of 'stang? Thanks in advance for any input...
