Can anyone hlep? I have a 68 mustang gt/cs 6 cyl, I konw its rare car that is why im keeping all the factory parts, anyways im chaning to a 289 and i need a new rear end, 8 and 9" rears are to hard and expensive to find. So i was thinking of putting a explorer rear end in it. my problem is that all ranger and explorers the pumpkin is off set by about 2 and a half inches it think. how do i get around this? if I shorten one side then the rear end is not the same lenght that i want? any help would be awsome.
