Well, I know this is going to make you all laugh, but I have a '93 mustang w/ a 2.3L 4 cylinder engine. I know, most of you are going

They make those? yea, they do. I was just wondering if any of you can suggest a way to get more power out of it without a major modification (i.e., a new engine, which I will swap out as soon as I turn 18).... one of my friends suggested a new cam..... I can't really think of anything I can do to a 4 cylinder. I've got this beautiful mustang w/ a great redone paint job and new racing stripes, and a great sounding flowmaster exhaust. My LX is gone from the back, and now all the ricers in town think it's a 5.0 and they all rev it up at me at stoplights and take off like they think I'm gonna compete. It's nice that ppl think it sounds like a 5L, and I think it's a great looking car, but I'd really like to have it be faster. I will be going to the track w/ some friends soon, just to time it. I'll let you know my 1/8 mile times (no 1/4 track here)
Thanks in advance for your help
