Looking into buying a mustang.

Hey all,
I'm new to the forum, and hopefully this is not a question that is commonly asked.

*I'm looking into getting a 1999-2004 style Mustang GT. It must have a 5 speed.

*Is there any major problems to look out for on these cars?

*Are they halfway reliable?

*How does the 4.6 liter hold up over time, and how well does it hold up to the typical abuse that a car of this type might encounter?

*Is their any particular years in this generation of mustangs that are significantly better than others? Or are they all pretty much the same?

I'm someone who gets very good insurance rates compared to others in my age group with similar driving records. My driving record is clean now, and my rates are excellent, but I also have only insured 4 door sedans, and trucks. Does the mustang being a "sports car" with 2 door seem to raise a big red flag for insurance company's typically?
I currently drive a 2005 Grand Prix GT, and I expect to pay slightly more for the mustang just because it is 2 door, and more of a sports car.

Any help would be appreciated!
