The Cobra R allready has close enough to 400hp and the stock Cobra has 320hp. Thats 30 hp up from it's predecessor, so one can only hope there will be a 4th GEN Cobra R to come with about 420-430hp.
Mustang isn't Corvette Competitor, it's the Camaro/Firebird competitor but those two names have been killed off. I'm sure they will return in a few years after though, GM would be crazy to kill two of the longest and most renowned names in automotive history. Hopefully if Ford get the new GT40 up and running then it will be the Corvette Viper EATER, not just competitor.
