Mustang Convertible Issues...

I am new to the website so please forgive me, but my issue is that when I am a driving, sometimes my car has this jerking motion where it feels like it is going to stop so can some please give me some advice on what I need to do. Thank you in advance.

When was the last tune up performed (new plugs etc)?

Get your fuel pump tested as well, it sounds like it could be on its way out.

What year ?? tell us more about the car and its mods if any.

I also believe you need to look at the fuel pump and filter also if needed change the cap rotor and plugs.
