Smile Re: The Mustang Survey

I just acquired an 86 Capri. I gutted the inside due to water leaks around the windshield, replaced the carpet, and just finished some mechanical repairs. Had trouble getting a high pressure power steering hose so I had one made with hydralic hose. I am actually driving this car but do not have the heater figuered out yet. Its got the 2.3 3 speed auto and engine/tranny are in very good shape.

Re: The Mustang Survey

The origional (1964 1/2 to 73) was and is the best. the new gen is alright minus the plastic over the headlights. personally i think if they had left the lights open as on the origional models it would look alot better. but just like with wines, the older, the better!

Tongue Re: The Mustang Survey

We currently have two stangs, I have a 1965 coupe black, with a white vinyl top, inline six, but she does scream!! My husband has made a few changes in her, headers, duals little bigger carb, she is my baby and I love her!! We also have a 1977 Cobra II white with red stripes, maybe the ignored Mustangs but I get more looks and pictures taken in that car than in any of our others!! We are always looking for our next mustang too, 1967, and a 1969 someday!!
