Re: new or old?
test drive a new gt/stick. dare ya not to sign the papers :)
the saleen *might* be a investment, but with the improvements made in the new ones, and the shelby(likely boss too soon) the intrinsic value of the old ones might get diluted...7 yrs old vs brand spankin new for about the same $, I'd have a hard time...check w/insurance company to see if saleen depreciation could leave you hanging...low mileage is great, but wouldnt it be more fun to drive/enjoy it? Ive put over 5k on mine already, lovin every minute of it- ford really nailed it with the new model. investment- maybe saleen, if ya keep miles low, otherwise, 07...best mustang ever most folks agree, to me, it should be 'best car ever'. mine was 26k, about the same as our windstar was years ago...my second favorite 'drivers car' is my old 89 mark VII, but the mustang is 10000000% more fun for sure...actually I havent even drove the mark since last december- it sits at work in adjacent parking spot as 'door ding preventer'. you need to drive both cars and see what you think, decide from there- have fun :)
