over heating

this thread is for anyone that knows anything about keeping a big block cool in a fox body mustang. I have a 460 in my 80 model mustang, with a griffin 2 core rad. I bought 2 perma-tec 14 inch fans these models have no shroud. I am looking at the new felx-a-lite 180 which is a 16 inch fan with shroud. Also there is a be cool duel 11 inch with a shroud both are in sumitt book. Has anyone used either with any luck or is there something else out there that will keep this beast from over heating.... thanks for any help.
