Picture of Mustang door/window part -- please where does it go?
I think it affixes to the base of the window as a window stop, to catch against some internal part of door, and keep the window from traveling too high and scraping against the car when closing the door (which is currently a problem with that window), as well as keeping the window level on both sides. I took off the driver's side door for a body repair, and found this piece rattling around at the bottom, but can't find any picture or description of it on-line, much less how to re-install it. I may have to try harder to see if I can find where the same part sits in my passenger door. But thought I'd try here too. I suspect it affixes to the window b/c the bottom of the part has a window-width groove that's coated with silicone. The white plastic piece looks like it might ride within some track or groove to stabilize the window. The holes don't have any sign of being used with bolts (no scratches or markings). Many thanks for any help. Tony
