Question Reliability of the stock 5.0 bottom end with higher hp's

I am soliciting advice and real life experience in regards to the reliability of the stock 5.0 bottom end with higher HP. I am currently looking at buying a late model 5.0L with tuner mods, i.e. blower, heads, exaust, headers, intake, larger injectors, etc. The car was dynoed at a bit over 400 rwHP with a built automatic. The bottom end is stock and the car will not be raced much if at all, but it will not be pampered either. It will probably reach just under redline once or twice a day. My mostly stock 4.6 has taken that abuse for 140,000 miles. What are the thoughts on the 5.0 with the extra hp?
