I have a 1996 GT Convertible and one of my rear seat belts seems to be total stuck. It won't retract or pull out. Does anyone know where I can find instructions on how to remove it? I want to pull it out to see if it is fixable or needs to be replaced. It looks like it should be easy but I hate to get surprised.

1. Remove rear seat cushion.
2. Remove rear safety belt front anchor bolt from front floor pan
3. Remove luggage compartment front lining board
4. Remove rear safety belt retractor bolt.
5. Remove safety belt anchor end through the seat back boot and remove rear safety belt retractor and tongue through luggage compartment.
