Guys, I hold my head in shame. My beautiful Black 95 Stang V6 with flowmaster lost to a 2000 altima GXE. Not by much but she lost. And I put in my application today for my second job so within a few months I can do the 5.0 swap. As I heard from my mechanic, it should fit right in and mount to the transmission. Only thing that has to be changed is the springs to support the new weight. Any ideas how true this is?
That sounds right, 94 had a 5.0L. But, wouldn't you also have to change the computer, pollution controls, shocks/struts, buy bigger rotors, and pads ?
