Any problems with taking smog pump off a 93 mustang GT. If not is there a shorter belt to put on. Was wondering about the lines that were going to the back of the block from the smog pump?

You may want to check with a local inspection shop. My buddy just got rid of his AC so he had a short belt he gave me. I just didn't run it to the smog pump so I can always go back for inspection here in Texas. If I find any good links I will post them.

otherwise if you want to use the same belt use a smog pump delete pulley found on eb on 5.0 falcons as standard

oh one thing i didnt mention.. on the website,, when you remove all the smog pump lines.. you will have to block 3 holes.. on the the rh cat bung it or weld it over.. the other two are on the back of the heads.. use and old windor spark plug , break off the ceramic and screw them in.. theyre a perfect fit
