Stereo Speaker issue

I have a 08 v6 mustang, with a shaker 500 stereo, the passenger side door sub woofer plays sometimes, sometimes it dont. The Ford place exchanged the speaker, still does it. Has anyone had this trouble, does anyone have any ideas what may be causing this. It could be the stereo, wiring??? Thanks
