Supra 5speed onto a 289 windsor

Hey All,
I am thinking of putting a Supra 5 speed into a 65 Mustang with a 289 Windsor. Has anyone done this? The car is still LHD, it is being converted from a C4 auto. Apart from the obvious, eg need clutch, pedal etc, are there any things I need to look out for. Does the tail shaft need shortening? What would you recommend for the clutch, cable setup or hydraulic. Will a clutch pedal fit on the brake support bracket for an automatic car or do I need to buy one for a manual car? Anything else I have missed?

Cheers Dan
