Recently while driving, espy on highway, my 2001 Mustang conv jerks, it feels like the rear wheels suddenly when ice to dry pavement and caught. It happens periodically. Not a neck-snapping jerk but noticeable. I'm hoping someone can give me some idea what it is before I call a garage and appear like a complete idiot they can take advantage of. Thanks

Hard to tell without being there but I'd take it to Advanced, O'reillys, or Autozone and have them check for codes.
