iceman27573 Registered User Join Date: Jan 2009 Posts: 1	Transmission Swap Was wondering can I swap my 1991 Mustang A4LD transmission with a 1987 Mustang A4LD transmission.Everything appears to be the same except for the electrical connection.The 91 has a 3 wire plug where the 87 has a 2 wire plug.Both cars have the 2.3 liter engine.
