Turn Signal Flasher location - Ford Forums - Mustang Forum, Ford Trucks, Ford Focus and Ford Cars

I have a 93 Ford Mustang GT and the turn signals just stopped working. The bulbs and fuses are fine so I know it is the turn signal flasher, but I can't locate it. I have taken it to a couple of people and they can't locate it either. According to the manual there is the hazard flasher on the fuse panel which I found and it is working fine, but the turn signal flasher is no where to be found under the dash. Any ideas where it is hiding?

I believe the one located on the fuse panel is for the turn signals, I may be wrong. The other flasher should be located behind the glove compartment.
