i own a 2002 f-150 extanded cab 4x4 with a 5.4L and getting 11-12 mpg and just looking at getting a mustang if the fuel millage is going to be cheaper i travel a 100 km a day to and from work and is costing me about 140- 150$ a week for gas , just was wondering what the gas millage for a v6 and a v8 mustang average to be, i don't want to get one of those foreign little cars that you see with those fart cans on it ,lol but just want a car that is cheaper on gas than my truck but still has power when i need it, and stick with my blue ovals

Can't say for the V6 model. My dad has the 2005 GT with 4.6-all factory. 19-22 MPG highway and 13-15 when he 'plays'.
