Value of 67 S-Code Fastback-Urgent - Ford Forums

Need some help in a hurry so any response is appreciated. what do you think is a fair price for a 67 S-Code (GT, 390 Motor, 4 speed) fastback in the following condition?

Floor Pan & Trunk Pan need to be replaced
No steering box
lots of rust that will require media blasting and paint to frame and interior metal (interior roof metal, roof supports etc)
No driveline (no motor or tranny, 9 inch rear end and suspension in car)
rear quarterpanels need to be replaced
rear and side glass ok
the usual interior, and many missing parts

A bit more of a rare car b/c it's an S-code but wanted to get an idea. Thanks.

What about the torque boxes, frame rails, shock towers, etc? Those are also critical areas for helping determine the value of the car.
Also, what options did the car have, and still have?
S-Code, four speed fastback, shells seem to be bringing anywhere from crazy to fair prices these days. Really tough to tell.
This car is clearly a major project, but, I have personally seen cars like this bring $5k and upward, depending on their potential.
