I was wondering if anyone knew of a good supercharger for a 01' mustang cobra that was between $750-$1,500 that would fit the engine.

A real s'charger would run you at least $4.5K. ProCharger makes an intercooled system so you can run it on boost all day long without worry. Otherwise your best bet is to check online auction sites such as Ebay for deals.

Maybe something out of the junkyard...You get what you pay for though!

I'm thinking that if you have a 2.3 L four banger a Volvo turbo would work. Then again so would one from a Mustang GT or Capri from the eighties...

But a Cobra. Think big money, like on Wheel of Fortune. Once you get it, you better think about who is going to do the work. You, someone with experience and a tuner. Specialty Shop? I know of a great shop in OKC, OK. I dont know where you live though...
