Whats that sound??
There is this humming sound that seems to be comin from around the fuel tank...

Ive replaced my fuel pump... could that be the problem?

problem is it gets lower when i step on the brakes and/or move the electric windows...

Yes, the pump will make a humming noise. If you did a higher volume pump it may be a little louder than the stock one.
