Well whenever I turn the steering wheel in my car at slow speeds the car always does this creeking sound like"click, click, creek, click" and it is very annoying. Why would it do this? It is very mystifying to me.

If you can get it to do it setting still, try to locate what area it's coming from.

Sounds like a classic Outer CV Joint or Wheel Bearing Problem.
