Well whenever I turn the steering wheel in my car at slow speeds the car always does this creeking sound like"click, click, creek, click" and it is very annoying. Why would it do this? It is very mystifying to me.

Sounds like a classic Outer CV Joint or Wheel Bearing Problem.
I would agree with Bert: "If you can get it to do it setting still, try to locate what area it's coming from. "
Do you know what Side of the Car it's coming from??
