Will we get the 2003 Mustang Cobra?

I would like to think so. Saw it in I think it was Motortrend today. Looked sick in Blue, and the thing would fly also.

Given all the set up costs and development that went into the LHD to RHD conversion, surely we must. With so many supercharged ponies under the hood sales should surely improve as well.

I saw a 2002 Mustang in Wellington NZ, and I must say, I was impressed....

I wavered....I really did.

A 4.6 L V8 churning out 240kW....oohhhhh yeah!!!

Be still my beating heart. I was running on fuel injected adrenaline there for a while....

Is this the supercharged 4.6 we're talking? or the new 5.0 Mustang coming out? When does the five-0 'Stang come out anyways?

Didn't see a supercharger on it anywhere. Naturally ventilated.

Dumno about the 5.0 mustang.

The 2003 Mustang Cobra (going from memory now magazines at home) will have a 4.6L Supercharged (Iron block) engine with around 290kw. The current model in NZ and Aust has an all alloy engine with 240kw.

These things are not cheap but I still think the positives outway the negatives...ie convertible Ford V8 for weekend cruises....yes please.

Who gives a shit about quality when youve got a car that will run mid 12sec 1/4s stock? And well into the 11s with exhaust, pully and cold air.....

If you want quality get a Lexus
