My girlfriend has an 02 focus 4 cyl. that seems to have several problems. In a previous post I inquired of problems starting the car and have to at some point tackle the coolant temp sensor. However, there are a few other things. First, the car idles at 1000 RPM in park, and slightly less when you shift out of park. Lately, she has also been noticing an intermittent loss of power. She will be driving and it just feels like she is having to give it more gas than usual to maintain speed or to speed up. Any ideas?

That^, and when is the last time spark plugs, wire's, and the coil pack have been changed?
