2001 for focus wont start

hi everyone. i have a 2001 ford focus ztec double overhead cams. i cant seem to get it to fire up and start. i have replaced the idler air control valve. the head gasket,and fuel injector,plug and wires. all of witch were bad.it gets gas and spark im not sure if its sucking enough air in the intake. i tried getting it to fire on staring fluid but thats not even getting to the cylinders. any idea?

Sure the timing has been set up correctly after refitting head ? Checked compressions ?

yes the timeing is correct i tripple checked. i dont have a compression tester.

Plug wires in correct firing order / rotation on coil pack ?
