hi all,

i have a new focus and noticed this morning that i cannot adjust the
shoulder belt height on the driver/right side seatbelt. its stuck in the
up position and cannot be lowered after depressing the button.

any ideas on how to fix it/make it move, besides taking it to the
dealer. i have had the car three months with very low miles. its going
to be a while before the dealer looks at the car for its 3000/5000 miles
maintenance inspection/oil change.
