I’m looking at modifying my Zetec foucs in the next 1-2 weeks, here is what I plan to do:

Lower the car- 1.5 inches, I’m currently looking at either Herrods or Eibach
The lowest prices I was quoted are:
Herrods $575 installed
Eibach $500 installed

Cat back exhaust
Herrods $750 installed
Custom made from the same place where I got the quote for the Eibach springs $450 (approx)

5% discount if the exhaust and springs are done together

So what do you guys think? Should I go with Herrods or Eibach and for the exhaust custom or Herrods?

Also would there be other guys in Vic who would also like to mod their cars? Maybe we can get it done together and get a cheaper price.

Well I can vouch for the springs from Herrods. They are low and firm without being harsh. Cannot comment on the cat back system, but if the rear muffler section I grabbed off them is any gauge, then I'd go for the 5% and get them both from HM. But go where you feel most comfortable and where you believe you'll get the best service and back up service if needed.

i would always recomment herrods. they have many a year of experience with all types of fords and i haven't heard a bad word against them. they seem to pride themselves on the quality of the work. but then....i don't know the other company you are comparing....so i am somewhat biased...

Mod my Focus!! Noway! I love it the way it is with my custom "leather" RS lookalike interior and special UV tint and Herrod Springs and my 18" hyper black wheels with a 35 profile shoe and 2.25 catback and my morette headlight coversion and clear sidies and soon to come turbo. I here in Melb. Holla at me!

My exhaust cost me 380 at Daalder. NOt the prettiest but its airflow none the less.
