BA XR6 - December 2002 ~ Soon to disappear if Ford CRC can't fix it....
45,000km service coming up - and i'll be asking for a sizable list of fixes:
* Gearbox (3rd time)
* Steering click (5th time)
* Brake Shudder (2nd time, and has the applied "Fix")
* etc...
All i can say is who ever manages to make a process similar to LS1 Edit for the Boss engines is going to make an absolute fortune out of it. There are so many people just waiting for this...
I drive, I vote and I'll go out of my way to see you out of government Mr Bracks. You lied your way into power and you lie to keep it. Enough lies!!! You're out of here!
ok im not in the know...what is a BOSS EDIT and what will it do?
It will do many things like, getting rid of the torque tags in the ecu that restrict torque off idle, it will let you make diff ratio changes and remap the computer for a particular ratio, it will allow you to adjust shift points in the auto, it will adjust air/fuel ratios as they run really rich as standard, it will do what the LS1 Edit has done for the Commodore fellas
i think barry's flasher unit is still a few weeks off, he's waiting for the US blokes but i'm sure he'll elaborate further
spot on Tom (rodderz )
