Hello to all, I am new here.
My question is in regard to my daughter's Focus.
It's a 2003 LX model, so it came w/tape player and no CD. She wants a CD player to replace the tape player, but said someone told her that the Ford model won't play burned CD's, only the original copy. Anyway, my ?s are:
What is the best value CD player for this car? Brand? model?
There seem to be 2 different part #'s for the Ford player, which fits the LX?
How hard will this be to install?

the ford cd player does play burnt cds i have like 50 million of those ( all legal internet licenses of course )

but the ford cd player wil be a rip off as well since your buying it now and not as an option when you bought the car

just roll down to strathfield car radio and pick up something theer .. brand maybe sony alphine pioneer something like that

oh yeh and just get strathfield to install it for you save your self the hassles
