Compliments for the Focus

Well i dont have a lot to do at work today so I thought I would just post a little story of the other day

Mate at work keeps refering to my car as a Festiva Trio... pretty funny so i just tell him to bugger off :D

Well the other day we were at a friends place for some LAN games on our RDO and I had to get some food so took him for a spin...

His first reaction is damn,.. this thing has some guts to it.. are you sure its only a 2L N/A car... im just laughing saying yep it sure is

The other day he has again said how much he liked the car, and has been thinking about going and getting one hehe

So there you go, a comment from a non focus owner

Just thought i would share :)

Chris

Re: Compliments for the Focus

An ST170 is definitely a world apart from a Festiva!

It's always great to get compliments about your car - especially in your case when it's out performing expectations!

Enjoy it

Tim!

Re: Compliments for the Focus

I have a good mate who drives an HQ ute (they are VERY common up here) and he told me how much he lkes the focus. I am still trying to convince my lancer riceboy clear tail light mate that the focus will outhandle his rice rocket anyday.

Re: Compliments for the Focus

I will say it here right now, I dont think I have driven a car that is so point and shoot and that you can actually be sure to hit the target each time...the focus set up is fantastic for cornering......love it
