Fluid loss windshield reservoir

i have a focus model 2000 dutch-europe and loose about 1 liter of fluid when
driving with a full reservoir of fluid for windshield wipers.
according garage it seems a loss via the vent and there is no solution for
by them.
i have never read anybody complaining about this but if it is a wrong design
everybody with a focus should have noticed this.
has someone a solution for this and was this a own idea or made by your ford
please let me know!! thanks

I've never heard of that happening. Sounds like the easy solution would be to plug the vent. Why would they put a vent on that anyway?
