Do all the latest focus models have ABS.

Just noticed on the Mrs car that the ABS lights do not self test on startup

In the US it is an option across the entire line offered. Of course the SVT version they are standard.

In AU I think if I am not mistaken only the Base model CL has the ABS as an option. It should be standard across the rest of the line up.

from memory i think the cl doesn't have abs standard but can be optioned with a safety pack, it is however standard on the other models i think. the cl only has discs at the front i think and drums at the rear where the other models have 4 wheel discs, and abs.

a quick check of the Ford website confirms the CL has rear drums, all other models are 4 wheel discs. CL has optional safety package including ABS and 2nd airbag for $1100. All other models have ABS.

As for the ABS self test light, I am pretty sure that is supposed to come on and then extinguish when working correctly...

Might be something to get checked at your first service.
