That is the very thing that I've replaced, the dealer try to seal the windshield with all sort of things but couldn't fix it. I replaced the front panel (cost me $82), which had an improved design in catching the water so it will not leak to the air-filter right below it, and the water leak is gone for good... but now the things is the bottom of the windshield is so sticky from all sorts of 'glue' they've applied to it previously. Wish you'd have post this earlier... I've gone way too much trouble trying to fix this water leak!, now I need to go and ask them for the money back for the panel that I brought myself, or perhaps charge them labour cost as well as I fixed the thing myself??!!
I replaced the passenger side "grill panel??", which part were you talking about? There doesn't seem to be any problem with the filter as it wasn't mean to be sealed completely as it is removeable. Where is this cowl seal located? Thanks
