have a 01 ford focus that will ramdom misfire at times changes the fuel pump ,timing belt, fuel filter,plugs ,.. will run fine for days and then after it sits it sill misfire feather the gas and it will start running fine got any ideas would love to hear what others think about this got me baffled..

You dont say what engine in car . Check plug leads / wires . Check and clean coil pack as dirt etc can cause spark to track .

Have you checked for codes? Autozone will for free if you haven't. Post back the number/s you get.
