more concerned about the starting issue at the moment which looks like it might be an injector fault but no one will comment about them...
as said before glow plugs appear to be working and the only way to get the car started is easy start or brake cleaner seems best

N.B i have a diagnostic lead which is connected to a laptop and tells me the code and code wording

just not 100% sure what to do to fix the problems

Did you ever check the TSB I posted on the camshaft sensor and wiring ? also the crank sensor ?

visuals looks good, do you think its not injector related then ??
